“When we first met with Dan regarding the potential sale of our custom home, he assured us that his marketing package for our acreage would exceed our expectations.   I have to say, after selling multiple properties with a few different agents, Dan’s sales and marketing strategy went above and beyond anything I had ever come across. I loved the high end photography and video package that Dan sourced for us! He also had a professional floor plan drafted that actually found additional square footage that was not originally listed when we purchased our home. It seemed like Dan had as much pride in our property as we did. Our place also sold in less than a week and for what we were really wanting! I initially did not want to sell my home, but the buildings strata council voted for a no rental policy so I was forced to. He took the time to write a professional letter to council, even though it would have resulted in him not making a dime.

His logic was, “This is part of the deal… I’m here to help in any way, and I’m in this for the long term.” He understood that with actions like that he will make clients for life — and he certainly did with me.

I ended up selling and Dan was exceptional. Coordinating with my tenant for open houses, inspections, etc. I ended up getting the price I wanted for the home, and I barely lifted a finger. He made the process seamless and fun.
