DAN McARTHUR

Born in Langley, British Columbia, Dan has been around real estate his whole life. Whether it was helping build houses and barns on his family farm in Aldergrove as a teenager or working in construction to build houses on properties while in university, he gained both a deep knowledge and an intimate understanding of the real estate market in the Fraser Valley. This helps explain his great passion for the industry. 

Since becoming a realtor, he’s had the privilege of working for buyers and sellers across the Lower Mainland. Dan’s worked with first time home buyers looking to acquire pre-sale housing; he’s marketed and sold heritages home in excess of one hundred years old; marketed and sold luxury properties with complex renovations worth millions of dollars and sold entry level investment condos. He’s also helped buyers analyze and purchase investments from bare land to strata properties.

Ask anyone who knows him and they’ll tell you that Dan is both extremely motivated and results oriented. In 2020/2021, he was honoured to receive a Royal LePage Canada’s Directors Platinum award, recognition given to those in the top 5% with respect to transaction volume for Royal LePage nationally.

Dan graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with a degree in business and economics. While at UFV, he played four years of varsity golf for the UFV Cascades. One of the achievements that he’s most proud of from his university days is that of Academic All Canadian Status, an award given to student athletes who achieve excellence in their chosen sport as well as achieving exemplary marks in the classroom. 

When he’s not working hard for his clients, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife Ashleigh, his daughters, Hayley and Charlotte, and his dogs, Clover and Hamish.

At the age of 23, Caleb – newly married – started out with the dream of growing a real estate business that would be founded focused on people rather than property.

Fast forward to more than a decade later and Caleb has seen many changes within the local real estate market. He’s learned much along the way but his original focus – people over property – is still firmly in place.

Caleb has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes and he’s still as passionate and enthusiastic about his career as when he first started out at the tender age of 23.

Outside of the real estate business, Caleb enjoys spending time with his family and is the proud father of three amazing children.
